Doctoral Fellowships from the HFRI

This program is the first activity launched by the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (ELIDEK) and aims to finance PhD Candidates for the elaboration of their Doctoral dissertation in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and / or in Research Centers in Greece in collaboration with.

Prerequisite for the doctoral candidates abroad is to have been admitted to a Greek University where they will complete their doctoral dissertation, and in case of co-supervision, the title to be awarded by the Greek University.

The duration of funding (in the form of a scholarship) is up to 3 years.

The scholarship concerns a dissertation in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and Higher Military Educational Institutions (ASEI) in Greece and the duration of funding (in the form of a scholarship) is from 12 to 36 months.

The 4th announcement for the scholarships for doctoral candidates was announced on 22.12.2021.

The submissions ended on 31.3.2022.

_hjTLDTest	When the Hotjar script executes we try to determine the most generic cookie path we should use, instead of the page hostname. This is done so that cookies can be shared across subdomains (where applicable). To determine this, we try to store the _hjTLDTest cookie for different URL substring alternatives until it fails.
