Translation Service
Under Greek law (Article 36 of the Bar Code), official translations can be issued by lawyers with full power vis-à-vis any magistrate or other authority, provided that they have sufficient knowledge of the language of translation. However, in the event that the document being translated is to be used abroad, clarification, that the foreign body concerned accepts translations from Greek Lawyers, is recommended.

Recognition of time spent in military service in the Armed Forces of an allied state or a member state of the European Union
The time that a Greek citizen has spent in military service in the Armed Forces of the EU or an allied member state to the EU is recognized as covering an individual’s military service and any additional military obligations they have. Those who do not fully meet the above obligations can redeem the difference within two months, after prior recognition of at least 3 months of armed service in the regular armed forces of an allied state or a member state of the European Union.
